Dr RA and Arlene Evans Refuge Fellowship Ministries of San Angelo, TX   Dr RA & Arlene Evans 2668 A&M Ave San Angelo, TX 76904 Refuge plans to offer local discipleship training in San Angelo TX starting in the fall 2010 as part of their mission to train and equip the Body of Christ for service.   Dr. Evans (a college Professor in San Angelo, TX, specializing in education) and his wife make regular trips to Palenque, Puyipa, and Acuna, Mexico, to Poneloya Nicaragua, and numerous places in the United States to explore opportunities to extend fellowship and discipleship training with member and non-member churches. Their vision is to impact not only the Church Body but the communities where these churches reside. Refuge will make two regular trips to Palenque and Puyipa each year. The Trips will be in December and in August. RA & Arlene also conduct Bible study in the home every Sunday night during the college semester. Bible study starts at 6PM.
